Als Nederlandstalige Live Expert ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die innovatieve producten gebruiken. Je demonstreert functies, beantwoordt vragen en biedt deskundige ondersteuning in een dynamische showroomomgeving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:- Adviseren van klanten over technische producten
- Demonstreren van functies en voordelen
- Ondersteunen van klanten bij aankoopbeslissingen
- Beheren van klantinteracties via chat en telefoon
- Samenwerken met internationale teams
- Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels (B2 of hoger)
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid
- Interesse in technologie of detailhandel
- Bereidheid om op locatie in Spanje te werken
- Volledige training en professionele ontwikkeling
- Werken in een multicultureel team
- Ondersteuning bij verhuizing en integratie
- Stabiele werktijden (maandag tot vrijdag, 9:0018:00)
