• Use process method sheets and sales order requests to assemble components with precision.
• Install electrical components and general hardware, then perform final inspections to ensure quality.
• Complete daily performance sheets, meet efficiency targets, and report roadblocks.
• Stage parts from the supermarket system into bins and carts, and deliver them as needed.
• Mentor newcomers, share expertise, and train other team members.
• Identify and report non‑conforming parts or equipment issues before they become bigger problems.

Lift 25–50 pounds occasionally and be comfortable walking, standing, and bending. Reasonable accommodations available.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of industrial/manufacturing or assembly experience (training provided).

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Mechanical aptitude and good hand‑eye coordination.
