C. Daniel Junior Parkway - Responsibilities:
Monitor sanitation and safety practices to ensure employees follow company standards and regulations;
Utilize standard recipes, Build-To Charts, and standard plating procedures to monitor preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure product is within Jim ‘N Nick’s standards;
Check quantity and quality of all raw materials received in deliveries;
Determine and verify protein loads using Crunch Time, product and sales forecasts;
Lead and interact with the BOH staff during shift
