Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Augusta, Georgia

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift)

This position is responsible for assisting with the operation of production equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Meet daily production targets and maintain productivity standards.
  
  Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and production materials.

• Consistent full-time schedule (Monday – Friday).
