Plant Operation Planning Manager

About the Role

We have a current opening for a Plant Operation Planning Manager and are actively reviewing applications. The Manager will oversee plant operating planning across all brands/categories produced in the Augusta plant, ensuring scheduling, material management, and short‑term manpower availability. They will steer industrial planning services, interface with planning entities and local Supply Chain teams, lead training and team development, and enforce company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices.

• Coordinate the team responsible for short‑term scheduling and replenishment of all packaging and raw materials.
• Track plant performance from the planning perspective, measuring delivery KPIs and sharing root causes with main stakeholders.
• Ensure receipt of all components (packaging, raw materials, bulk and semi‑finished products) for production in the proper quantity and time.
• Guarantee proper stock levels of packaging, semi‑finished and raw materials.
• Production scheduling.
• Material management.
• Industrial planning service & KPIs.

• Supplier relationship.
• Monitor stock levels of production components.
• Manage communication with internal and external departments.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑7 years of experience.
• People‑management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Influential and excellent interpersonal skills in relation with senior management and expert business referents.
• Analytical mindset.
• Proactive attitude and high level of autonomy in driving deliverables to execution.
• High standing / authority level.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SAP APO, ECC, IBP, and BW.
• Knowledge of production scheduling and material management processes.
• Understanding of local supply chain and plant operations.
• Experience in operations planning is a plus.
