* Job Description:

** The MB Strip Line Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring strip line equipment used in the production of cabinet components. This position ensures materials are processed according to quality standards, production schedules are met, and equipment is operated safely and efficiently.##

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Operate strip line machinery and related production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
* Load, position, and feed materials into machines as required.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product specifications and production efficiency.
* Inspect materials and finished components for defects, damage, and quality compliance.
* Conduct quality checks and record production information as required.
* Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and safety hazards.
* Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Follow all work instructions, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
* Maintain production rates while ensuring quality standards are achieved.
* Utilize measuring devices and inspection tools to verify product specifications.
* Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.## Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
* Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documentation.
* Basic math and measurement skills.
* Ability to safely operate industrial equipment.## Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize work and meet production goals.
* Basic computer skills preferred.##

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
* Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
* Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping.
* Ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands and arms.
* Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).## Work Environment
* Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Exposure to moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
* Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
