Job Summary
We are looking for a Lab Technician to provide hands on support for product/process development and pilot manufacturing activities. The role will work alongside engineers and technical teams on experimental builds, measurements, equipment preparation, and documentation. Candidates with experience in lab operations, metrology, manufacturing support, pilot operations, or process development environments are encouraged to apply.
Key
Skills & Experience:
- Laboratory, manufacturing, pilot plant, or engineering environment experience
- Supporting process studies, experimental builds and parts assembly
- Dimensional measurement and inspection of molds/components
- Metrology or measurement lab exposure
- Equipment setup, operation, cleaning and basic maintenance
- Material preparation, handling and sample management
- Batch record and technical data documentation
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
Education: Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands‑on technical experience preferred.
