The marketing manager will establish our online presence and brand value in the data center management industry.

• Create and implement online marketing strategies: devise plans to market a company’s services across various social media platforms and our own website; develop branding strategies, identify target customers, set marketing goals, and execute approved marketing plans.
• Create and curate online content: create or curate compelling content in the form of videos, photos infographics, and text posts to engage the audience on different channels.
• Manage social media accounts: oversee the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and timely posting of content; monitor engagement, respond to comments, and maintain a positive online presence.
• Analyze data and metrics: analyze data collected from marketing campaigns to measure their success; track metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Stay up to date with Trends:
  Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and adapt the company’s online marketing strategies accordingly.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
• Proven experience as a successful marketer, preferably within the crypto-mining services or technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• This position is offered with an annual salary of $186,618 with benefits.
