Position SummaryThe Growth Marketing Assistant will play a key role in driving program growth, building community relationships, and promoting brand visibility. This position blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, supporting both outbound sales efforts and marketing initiatives that reach families, schools, and partners. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand partnerships with schools, childcare centers, community organizations, and youth-serving institutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead outreach efforts to grow program adoption via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, district leaders, and community partners.
- Present and pitch programs to administrators, decision-makers, and parent groups.
- Support enrollment goals by working with site partners and tracking program registrations.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting and insights.
- Lead all marketing efforts, including digital, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and events, to drive awareness and enrollment.
- Oversee social media content and scheduling, working within brand guidelines and ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, and local and digital promotional materials that highlight the impact of our programs.
- Coordinate community events, open houses, and promotional appearances.
- Monitor and analyze SEO, Google Ads, and social advertising efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the operations and coaching team to align messaging and timing for promotions.
- Serve as a friendly and responsive point of contact for families and partners with program questions.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in youth sports, enrichment, or education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting and building relationships with partners and customers.
- Experience managing social media platforms, email tools (like EMMA), and basic CRM software (like Hub Spot or Salesforce).
- Self-motivated and comfortable balancing both creative and operational tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for youth development, fitness, or sports.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Graphic design or basic Canva skills a bonus.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Part‑time: 20 hours per week; in‑office; office hours flex between 9am to 1pm and 10am to 2pm depending on business need.
