Overview
Influencer Managers play a key role in supporting CJI’s influencer campaigns. They develop and execute influencer marketing strategy for each brand campaign, owning and maintaining relationships with influencers and applying best practices to optimize campaign investment and performance.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop influencer relationships on behalf of advertisers, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, and disseminating content, offers and promotions.
- Develop and deliver client meeting agendas in coordination with the Campaign Manager for weekly campaign updates on influencer strategy and performance.
- Participate in creating and presenting strategy presentations and post‑campaign insights.
- Own influencer casting for each campaign, including discovery, negotiation, and media planning while maximizing campaigns budgets and performance.
- Use best practices and insights to optimize campaign results by interpreting standard and custom reports.
- Train and educate influencers on CJ tools and product solutions to maximize their success on the platform.
- Coordinate across multiple departments and teams—both internally and with clients—to manage campaign assets and deliverables.
- Oversee casting, deliverables, and coordination between clients/partnerships to ensure timely execution of deliverables against campaign workback schedules.
- Be accountable for hitting campaign KPIs and goals—reporting, recapping, and post‑campaign analysis with support from an Analyst.
- Act as Influencer Relationship Manager, building and delivering campaign briefs and executing partnership agreements.
- Enforce brand/program compliance and communicate guidelines to supporting analysts.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the online marketing industry—ideally digital performance, influencer or social media marketing.
- Clear and effective communication skills, able to convey complex results simply while demonstrating solid business acumen and digital marketing knowledge.
- Strong execution skills—able to complete a variety of tasks within designated time frames and deliver quality results while contributing directly to client campaigns.
- Collaborative ability to work across departments and divisions, building consensus and delivering on objectives.
- Results‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Respectful of diverse opinions and perspectives.
This is a hybrid role requiring in‑office presence three days a week.
CompensationUSD $66,120.00 – $87,000.00 annually.
