Job Description Summary

The Senior Regional Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for driving property-level revenue across a complex and highly specialized hotel portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives that support local and regional business goals. Reporting to the , this role identifies revenue opportunities and leads the execution of promotions, campaigns, and programming for high-visibility properties. In addition to portfolio oversight, the Senior Regional Manager serves as a strategic partner across the marketing organization, providing mentorship and dotted-line leadership to Field Marketing Managers and property-level marketers, while leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and regional campaigns.

Success in this role requires strong integrated marketing expertise, advanced analytical capabilities across digital and media channels, and the ability to collaborate and influence both corporate teams and hotel leaders across Operations, Sales, and Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic marketing planning for a complex and highly specialized portfolio of properties, supporting high-visibility hotels and initiatives that require deeper strategic alignment across corporate and property teams.
  • Align marketing efforts with property-specific goals through data-driven strategy and proactive collaboration.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective work streams with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors/partners.
  • Analyze property performance data and marketing reports to extract insights, identify trends, and surface opportunities or risks requiring attention or strategic response.
  • Provide consultation for hotel openings and renovations that speed new hotel ramp up, provide ROI on spends, and maximize business performance.
  • Drive deeper engagement with DOSMs/Revenue Councils, and/or regional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration, while elevating field marketing confidence through strategic guidance, best practice sharing, and consistent support.
  • Provide consultative marketing support to property outlets and restaurants, guiding strategy and execution to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Build and optimize property-specific paid media plans to complement corporate campaigns and conversion goals.
  • Review market dynamics and campaign objectives, identifying unique positioning opportunities and guiding property and corporate campaign execution.
  • Provide ongoing performance monitoring, optimization, reporting, and structured support tools (including processes, templates, and collaboration frameworks) to maximize the effectiveness of both corporate-led and property-driven initiatives.
  • Lead or support regional (multi-property) and enterprise-level marketing campaigns and special initiatives that extend beyond an individual property portfolio.
  • Optimize the guest journey across discovery and consideration phases by overseeing property website accuracy and compelling content, coordinating with hotel teams on updates, integrating content across owned and third-party channels, and implementing regular review cycles.
  • Guide creative project briefs and merchandising execution, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
  • Partner with corporate marketing teams to shape best practices, elevate merchandising standards, and influence creative strategy across multiple properties or regions.
