Internship will be 4 days a week in office (Monday - Thursday) and Fridays remote.
Internship OverviewThe Home Depot Summer Internship program offers college students a chance to develop leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in a corporate environment. During an 11‑week period from May 18 to July 31, 2026, interns will be assigned to a functional team such as Supply Chain, Marketing, e‑commerce, Technology, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Pro Services, Home Services, Human Resources, etc. Interns will learn about the retail business and our corporate offices while working on a pre‑assigned project that impacts the function they support, and will participate in networking and development activities to build their careers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. Interns will perform administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies, collaborate with the marketing and advertising team through all stages of campaigns, and contribute to the development, expansion, and maintenance of marketing channels. The internship will help interns acquire marketing skills and provide exposure to various marketing strategies, preparing them for fast‑paced work environments.

- Event paid advertising

- Designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas
- Assist in the creation of video and image content for marketing channels
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

- Ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations using storytelling techniques
- Ability to research and collect data to address business questions
- Preferred GPA 3.0 or above

Interns will work in‑person at the Atlanta Corporate Office (Store Support Center) four days a week (Monday‑Thursday) and remotely one day a week (Fridays). Housing assistance will be provided to eligible interns.
