Pure Red is looking for a Contract Shopper Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in planning, execution, and evaluation of shopper marketing initiatives across our client's stores and online. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Assist in the development and execution of shopper marketing (vendor and category) programs, campaigns, and initiatives
• Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of shopper marketing, category, and organization projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track
• Analyze and interpret data related to shopper behavior, sales performance, and marketing campaign results and identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
• 2+ years of project coordination/management experience; preferably in the retail or grocery category
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using Excel
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive innovation in shopper marketing initiatives
• Reliable transportation to go into an office 3+ days per week
