As a Junior Marketing Representative
, you will assist the marketing team and be responsible for driving brand awareness and sales through on-site, face-to-face interaction with customers. The Junior Marketing Representative serves as the face of our business, as well as a liaison on behalf of our clients within retail settings. As a company, we provide paid training to help develop our team members both personally and professionally, focusing on career growth and learning.

• Assist with the launch of new campaigns and products as needed
• Generate new customer sales accounts through direct marketing efforts
• Develop your practical understanding of the marketing, sales, and consumer acquisition industries
• Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
• Conduct face-to-face consumer presentations of sales material and manage retail promotions
• Communicate brand information to a relevant target audience
• Work independently and collaboratively to ensure we are meeting set goals that will be communicated to you (no surprises!)

The position at our company is an entry-level position so no direct experience is necessary.
