Bi-vocational Pastor Antioch Baptist Church

We are Antioch 2 Baptist Church in Milan, Georgia. We are a SBC affiliated church in Dodge County. We are currently seeking a bi‑vocational pastor to lead our church, a man of God that will study and preach God’s Word, be a Godly leader, and engage the congregation in God’s service and fellowship.

Antioch 2 Baptist Church has a desire to follow God’s leadership, grow God’s Kingdom through membership and baptisms, serve our community and church family, and develop discipleship and mission opportunities. We believe that the Bible is God’s Word without error and the Pastor’s leadership and teachings should reflect such.

We acknowledge that our next Pastor has already been called by God and we seek His guidance.

• Preferred licensed and ordained; ministry experience and/or seminary‑college education is encouraged but not required.
• Supply each Sunday morning and evening services and Wednesday evening prayer meeting and secure replacements as needed.
• Be available to assist with local church family and community outreach including hospital/home visits and pastoral care as needed.
• Lead Church Counsel and Business Meetings as appropriate; assist staff with administrative duties as needed.
• Provide leadership to other staff members.
• Bi‑vocational position with salary and benefits negotiated according to experience and availability.
