Registered Nurse (RN) - DialysisThis is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Augusta, Georgia (Onsite).

Pay Range: $33/hour - $59/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive, quality nursing care by monitoring, evaluating, and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Act as a key intermediary and advocate for patients and families, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed, and providing essential health education.
- Coordinate daily patient flow and the patient experience, delivering safe and effective care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care delivered, changes in condition, and patient education.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and professional growth.
- Foster the development of other nursing staff through mentorship and uphold the principles of shared governance.
Experience:
- Key Skills;
Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State) - BLS certification .
- Experience in dialysis or a related acute care specialty preferred
- Strong patient assessment, care coordination, and communication skills
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent patient assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and patient/family education skills.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate care, and function effectively within a team.
- Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
