RN – PCU
Rate:
Up to $1750.00 weekly

Location:

Augusta, GA
Night Shift (12H)

• Assessing and monitoring patient health conditions.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Creating and implementing individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, provide pre- and post-operative care, and monitor vital signs.
• General Skills and Work Setting Requirements:
  No Block Scheduling; mixed MS/Tele and Intermediate patients, neuro (small population), respiratory, cardiac, mixed medical, titrating cardiac drips required and tele required; assignments could be all PCU, all MS/Tele, or a mix of PCU and MS/Tele depending on the acuity of the patients and staffing

• Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience:
  
  Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment. Must be able to obtain and maintain BLS, ACLS, NIH certification.
