• Perform patient admissions and initial nursing assessments
• Review medical history and physician orders
• Coordinate care with clinical teams and case management
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice (or eNLC, if applicable).
• 1+ year Telehealth & Admission experience preferred; new grads considered based on facility needs.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
