Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered emergency care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide evidence-based clinical care with strong critical and analytical thinking.
• Coordinate care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Partner with patients and families through clear communication and education.
• Practice according to Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and policies.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department, responding calmly to emergencies.
• Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives.
• Support resource efficiency and continuity of care across the care continuum.
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed and complete all required competencies and education.

• Skills-Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced ED
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Effective time management and prioritization
• Competency with clinical technology and documentation systems
• Professional, composed response during emergent situations
• Strong patient advocacy and customer service orientation
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
