💰 $115,000 – $155,000 Total Compensation

(Base Salary Based on Experience + Generous Quarterly Productivity Bonus)

Augusta Urology Associates is a growing private practice (3 Urologists, 3 APPs) seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding team.

• Competitive base salary based on years of experience
• Generous quarterly productivity bonus
• Total compensation typically ranges from $115k – $155k
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Off every 4th Friday
• No in-person call requirements
• Cell phone stipend
• CME allowance
• Two dedicated Medical Assistants
• Expanding, stable private practice
• Two practice locations:
  Evans, GA and Downtown Augusta

APPs take clinic call one evening per week (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM). In exchange, APPs are off every fourth Friday. No in-office presence is required during call.

You will work in an independent and interdependent relationship with our physicians, managing patients while consulting and coordinating care as needed.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active Georgia license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to remain active and mobile throughout an 8-hour clinical day
