Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care according to established policies and standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including assessments, education, and incidents
- Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
- Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with providers and care teams to optimize outcomes
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
- Support professional development, mentorship, and a positive clinical environment
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional nursing standards at all times
- Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct

- Must Have Skills :
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) - BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Critical care or CVICU nursing experience preferred
- Strong cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
