Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care according to established policies and standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including assessments, education, and incidents
• Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
• Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with providers and care teams to optimize outcomes
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
• Support professional development, mentorship, and a positive clinical environment
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional nursing standards at all times
• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct

• Must Have Skills :
  
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Critical care or CVICU nursing experience preferred
• Strong cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
