Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary emergency team
• Monitor, examine, and evaluate pediatric patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based emergency nursing care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support pediatric patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development activities
• Support mentorship, teamwork, and a positive clinical environment
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional nursing standards
• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have Skills :
  
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Pediatric ED or Emergency nursing experience preferred
• Strong triage, rapid assessment, and emergency response skills
• Ability to manage pediatric patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
