Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities;

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, procedures, and discharges.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and unit-based initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State or Compact).
• Minimum 1 year of acute care or specialty nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of recent acute care or specialty nursing experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support).
• ACLS or specialty certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in hospital or specialty unit settings.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
