Charge Nurse; RN – Digestive Health Clinic; Gastroenterology

Immediate need for a talented Charge Nurse (RN) – Digestive Health Clinic (Gastroenterology) . This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Augusta, Georgia(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

• Provide leadership and daily oversight of nursing staff within the Digestive Health (Gastroenterology) clinic.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient clinic flow and high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and support staff.
• Assist providers with patient assessments, procedures, and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff assignments, scheduling, and patient triage as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Address patient concerns, provide education, and promote a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support documentation audits.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations when required.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gastroenterology, outpatient, or procedural settings.
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
