Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Coordination
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
• Implement and adjust individualized care plans using independent clinical judgment
• Prioritize patient flow and coordinate care to optimize outcomes and experience
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care provided, and patient responses
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families
• Communicate critical patient information to providers and care teams
• Promote patient- and family-centered care
• Address concerns promptly while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards
• Performance Improvement
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Contribute ideas to enhance clinical processes and patient outcomes

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) (Required)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Active Georgia RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License (Required)
• BLS – Basic Life Support (Required upon hire)
