Pay Range: $33 - $59 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Patient Care & Coordination
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate transplant IMC patients’ conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using independent clinical judgment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced treatments as appropriate
• Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with transplant surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding transplant care, recovery, and follow-up
• Communicate critical updates to providers and care teams
• Promote patient- and family-centered care
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times
• Performance Improvement
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Support organizational goals related to quality, staff engagement, and operational excellence

• Maintain active licensure and required certifications
• Complete mandatory education and pursue ongoing professional development

• Key Skills :
  Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage complex transplant and intermediate-acuity patients
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and advanced clinical assessment
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-acuity situations
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• Active Georgia RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License (Required)
• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross) (Required upon hire)
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required upon hire or within 180 days as applicable)
