The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse
What You Will DoDeliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Support activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
Other duties as assigned
Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
