** Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.  
** Compensation & Benefits**
* ** Base Pay:** $45/hour
* ** Opportunity to earn up to $53/hour
** with applicable differentials:
+ Trach: +$2/hour  + Vent: +$3/hour  + Nights: +$2/hour  + Weekends: +$3/hour  + Holidays: +$3/hour
* Weekly pay

** Key Responsibilities*
* * Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines)
* Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans
* Maintain a safe and clean care environment## Qualifications
** Qualifications*
* * Active
** RN license
** in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization is required.
* A minimum of one year of RN experience required.
* Valid PPD skin test
** Physical Requirements of the Role*
* * Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
* Ability to bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
* Fine motor skills for clinical tasks
