  All staff float to areas of their competencies
• Patient Experience requirements:
  Must provide safe, high quality and compassionate care

• Certifications:
  
  ACLS

• Must have:
  Advanced skills needed: ACLS, familiar with cardiac drip and insulin drips
• Procedures performed on unit: N/A

• Royal Blue Scrubs, no artificial/gel nails

• VS every 4 hours (may be more frequent based on patient condition)
• Blood glucose checks as ordered
