Overview
Join a compassionate healthcare team dedicated to enhancing patient well-being through collaborative, quality nursing care. This is a night-shift Registered Nurse role focused on assessing, planning, and implementing patient care while serving as a key communicator between patients, families, and providers.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement patient care for assigned patients during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions and advocate for patient satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and mentor colleagues.
- Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
- Support a positive work environment and effective communication among patients, families, and the care team.
- Work full-time night hours (36 hours per week).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree.
- BLS certification.
- RN licensure (single-state or multi-state).
