Staff Nurse

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. The role involves maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelors preferred)
• No experience required for new graduates
• Hospital experience is preferred, with at least 1 year for PRN positions
• Valid Georgia RN licensure and/or multistate license, along with current BLS certification, are required
• Advanced specialty certifications are a plus
