Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an LPN to join the New Horizons Habersham long-term care team for full-time day shifts in Demorest, GA. You will provide nursing care to adults and geriatric patients under physician direction and adhere to safety and policy guidelines.
The role requires a Georgia-licensed LPN, BLS certification (or within 30 days), and at least 2 years of acute care experience with emphasis on adult care. Hospice experience preferred.
