Experience:

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; PCU/IMC/Stepdown or medical-surgical telemetry experience preferred EMR:
Epic (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide advanced nursing care to adults and geriatric patients in a telemetry monitored unit. Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, managing patients with various medical conditions such as dysrhythmias, CHF, and ACS. Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders, including peripheral and central line care and blood product administration. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, respiratory therapy, and social services to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain compliance with isolation and PPE procedures while providing patient care. Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Compliance / Notes:
Max 7 days requested time off (RTO); must be finalized ected to work one major holiday if assigned during the contract period. Full compliance required to start on time, with all compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start. COVID-19 vaccine NOT required;
Flu vaccine REQUIRED with allowances for medical/religious exemptions.
