Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in collaboration with the care team. Serves as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe care, and document assessments and interventions. Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction. Mentor and support professional growth among colleagues, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum associate or diploma in nursing, with preferred bachelor’s degree. Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS are required. Maintain ongoing professional development, demonstrate leadership, and adhere to policies and standards.
