Role: Registered Nurse Dialysis Charge responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care, coordinating patient treatments, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide compassionate patient education and support.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; diploma acceptable.
- Current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
