RN - MedSurg

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies, maintain professional standards, and coordinate patient care activities to deliver quality services.

• Graduate from a nursing program;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred; minimum one year in hospital for PRN roles
• Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate license, BCLS certification
• Additional certifications based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy, NICU NRP)
• Ability to demonstrate professional growth, accountability, and teamwork

Provide patient-centered nursing care, coordinate and oversee care activities of assigned staff, maintain clinical standards, and obtain necessary specialty certifications within designated time frames to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
