Role Summary

A Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
• Communicate and coordinate care with team members, document assessments, and support patient and family education.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and engage in ongoing development and leadership activities.
• Foster a positive work environment through mentorship, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and promote the nursing profession.

• Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and RN licensure (single or multi-state license).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
