Qualifications & Skills:An associate or diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred); active RN license (single state or multi-state compact); certifications in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent) upon hire; strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care.
