Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and respond to emergencies in a decisive and composed manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize clinical care using technology and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of experience in direct patient care is preferred.
- Possess the ability to read, write, and speak English, and have basic computer skills.
- Must hold the following certifications upon hire: BLS, PALS within 180 days, TNCC within 18 months, ACLS within 180 days.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and customer service skills are required.
