Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote positive outcomes.
• Delivering safe, effective care per policies and documenting all actions accurately.
• Acting as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals.

• Maintaining licensure, certifications, and staying current with industry best practices.
• Contributing to a positive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
