Job Summary

The Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) registered nurse position is located in Augusta, Georgia. This role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting, including float pool responsibilities. The position requires active licensure, relevant certifications, and at least one year of clinical experience, with a focus on critical care techniques and emergency response.

Job Details
  • Schedule:

    Day shift, 7:00 am 7:30 pm, 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications:

    Active Georgia registered nurse (RN) license or multi-state Compact license; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); minimum of 1 year of experience with direct patient care; ability to read, write, and speak English; proficient with technology supporting clinical care; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to function calmly in emergencies; excellent time management and critical thinking skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor management, ventilator knowledge, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), ICU experience
  • Additional Information:
    The RN will be part of the float pool and work during day hours only. The assignment start date is 08/10/2026.
