They operate within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. The role involves maintaining standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.
Qualifications include:- Graduate from an accredited nursing school;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - New graduates are eligible; hospital experience preferred, including 1 year for PRN roles.
- Current Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNLC multistate license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Advanced specialty certifications are advantageous if applicable.
