1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse Needed Full Time

• Location: Adairsville, GA
• School: Elementary School
• Assignment Dates: August 5, 2026 – May 21, 2027
• Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week

Caseload:
Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for an elementary student with respiratory needs. The LPN will support the student throughout the school day by monitoring their health and ensuring they can safely participate in school activities.

• Perform ongoing health assessments
• Administer respiratory treatments as needed
• Provide chest physiotherapy
• Maintain oxygen saturation above 92%
• Perform suctioning as required
• Monitor the student's condition and respond to changes appropriately
• Collaborate with school staff, family, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow the student's individualized care plan

• Active Georgia LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with respiratory care and medically fragile pediatric patients preferred
• School nursing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
