Role: Travel Stepdown RN

Responsibilities: Provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort. Maintain accurate documentation, respond to emergencies, educate patients on cardiac health, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills: One year of recent Stepdown RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include PCCN and NIHSS. Essential skills include critical thinking, communication, technical proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure and in diverse teams.

Key Duties: Monitor telemetry data, respond to cardiac emergencies, prepare equipment, record patient assessments, and support patient education and safety. Maintain confidentiality and contribute to comprehensive, patient-centered care.
