Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a team environment, serving as a patient advocate, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• coordinate care delivery
• communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
• document assessments and interventions
• promote patient safety and satisfaction
• participate in quality improvement efforts
• mentor and support professional growth of colleagues

• Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred
• valid RN license
• certifications in BLS and ACLS
• strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• commitment to professional development and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards

Monitor patient conditions, collaborate on care plans, ensure safe and effective care delivery, advocate for patient needs, contribute to a positive work environment, and support organizational standards and policies.
