Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsible for maintaining practice standards, coordinating patient care activities among staff, and ensuring delivery of quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Open to new graduates; hospital experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state; BCLS certification required.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or chemotherapy certification.

Strong patient assessment, care coordination, adherence to safety standards, and ability to obtain specialty certifications as needed.
