As an Infusion Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled infusion therapy and nursing care to approximately5 patients per week
, with each infusion visit averaging2 hours
. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to focus on quality patient care in a comfortable home environment.

• Administer prescribed infusion therapies safely and accurately in patients’ homes

• Assess patients before, during, and after infusion treatments

• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to infusion-related complications

• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medications, and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Follow all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Infusion nursing experience preferred; home infusion experience is a plus

• Strong IV insertion, vascular access, and clinical assessment skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage scheduled patient visits

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care

• Current BLS certification required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Flexible schedule with approximately 5 infusion visits per week

• One-on-one patient care in a home setting
