Requirements:
Minimum 2 years RN experience (1st-time travel nurses accepted) Telemetry/PCU experience and comfort with cardiac patients required Licensure: GA RN or Compact license required at time of submission Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (NIHSS preferred) Charting system:
Epic required
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac telemetry and manage dysrhythmias. Provide pre/post procedure care for cardiac patients. Administer and manage IV therapies and medications, including cardiac/vasoactive drips. Perform assessments and interventions related to patient care in a telemetry setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
