Esperta Health is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (In-Home) to deliver expert wound care to patients in their homes. You will assess and treat wounds using established guidelines and maintain accurate records in an electronic patient record.
Join a multidisciplinary team, comply with HIPAA, travel to patient homes, and educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention. BSN preferred; RN license required; WOCN certification a plus.
