Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide top-tier patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive emergency nursing experience and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a busy ER setting.
• Administer medications and interventions following established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Epic electronic health records.
• Monitor and respond to patient condition changes promptly and effectively.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a GA or Compact RN license valid at the time of application.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience, with at least 3 completed ER contracts preferred.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic and Pyxis systems.
• Be able to work 3x12 hour evening shifts.
• Be compliant with all facility-specific onboarding and compliance requirements.
